​   MM: Can you tell us about your band and who your biggest influences are?  

• Shellshock Lullaby: We’re Shellshock Lullaby, a pop punk band formed in Butte, Montana, in 2011. Our current members include Russ Nelson, AJ Puckett, Andrea Holland, Nate Jaap, and Adrian Sebastian. We draw inspiration from iconic bands like Green Day, Nirvana, and Blink-182, blending the raw energy of 90s grunge with a modern pop punk twist.

   

  MM: Where do you draw your inspirations and ideas from?  

  Shellshock Lullaby: Our inspiration comes from a mix of 90s pop punk and grunge, along with our life experiences and relationships. We aim to write songs that are relatable, fun, and honest.

   

  MM: What would you say is your band's favorite song?  

  Shellshock Lullaby: It's hard to pick just one, but our latest single, "Songs in the Movies," holds a special place for us as it showcases our evolution as a band.

   

  MM: Plans tour and festival-wise for 2025?  

  Shellshock Lullaby: We're currently rehearsing and planning to return to the stage after our hiatus. We hope to perform at festivals and iconic venues, possibly even tour internationally.

   

  MM: What can we expect from Shellshock Lullaby live?  

  Shellshock Lullaby: Expect high energy, relatable lyrics, and a lot of fun! We love engaging with our audience and creating an unforgettable experience.

   

  MM: What do you like best and worst about touring?  

  Shellshock Lullaby: The best part is connecting with fans and experiencing new places. The worst? The exhaustion that comes with travel, but it’s all worth it for the music.

   

  MM: Which three bands would be your ultimate touring buddies?  

  Shellshock Lullaby: We would love to tour with Bilmuri, Coheed and Cambria, and The Red Jumpsuit Apparatus. Each of these bands has a unique sound and style that we admire, and it would be an incredible experience to share the stage with them!

   

  MM: What's the most memorable concert you've been to (other than your own) and why?  

  Shellshock Lullaby: Attending a Green Day concert was unforgettable! The energy was electric, and their ability to engage the crowd left a lasting impression on us.

   

  MM: What do you feel has been your biggest accomplishment so far?  

  Shellshock Lullaby: Our biggest accomplishment would be the release of our latest track, "Songs in the Movies," and the journey we've taken to get back on stage.

   

  MM: Which are your two favorite albums of all time?  

  Shellshock Lullaby: “Dookie" by Green Day and "Second Stage Turbine Blade" by Coheed and Cambria are definitely at the top of our list.

   

  MM: Can you remember the first time you ever played live and how it felt to have people watching you?  

  Shellshock Lullaby: Our first live show was nerve-wracking yet exhilarating! The rush of performing in front of an audience is something we’ll never forget.

   

  MM: Growing up, which bands' posters did you have on your bedroom wall?  

  Shellshock Lullaby: We had posters of Green Day, Blink-182, and MXPX adorning our walls, which fueled our passion for music.

   

  MM: Who do you think influenced the world of Metal/Rock more than any other person?  

  Shellshock Lullaby: It’s hard to choose just one, but we’d say Kurt Cobain had a massive impact on rock music and culture.

   

  MM: What's the most important thing to the band right now?  

  Shellshock Lullaby: The most important thing for us is to reconnect with our fans and share our new music through live performances.

   

  MM: If you could do a cover of any song, which one would it be and why?  

  Shellshock Lullaby: We’d love to cover “I Write Sins Not Tragedies” by Panic! At The Disco. It’s a fun song that we feel could fit our style well.

   

  MM: Tell us why we should buy and listen to your band.  

  Shellshock Lullaby: Our music is relatable, energetic, and crafted from genuine experiences. We pour our hearts into every song, and we believe listeners will connect with our sound.
