Title: The Revenge of Rock

Release Date: January 22nd 2021
The perfect start to 2021? Look no further than the delicious and highly catchy new release from Kickin Valentina, it's a total eargasm of mega proportions full to the brim of Eighties good time vibes dragged kicking and screaming into 2021. The following nine tracks fill you up with their good time grooves and hellishly addictive tunes as this their 3rd Album "The Revenge of Rock" hits the spot as "Freak Show" opens proceedings its high octane moves entice and bewitch you with its big riffs and catchy chorus that has you instantly hooked with its killer backbeat and sleaze driven vibes taking you back to those heady days of MTV when Metal and Hard Rock was king in the Eighties, smacking you in the chops with a modern twist this is an addictive opener to a mighty fine nine track monstrosity from these American rockers.
The excellent "Somebody New" is a real gunslinger that shoots from the hip as D.K Revelles Vocals take a hold, Heber Pampillon makes his Guitar sing and Chris Taylor's Bass combined with Jimmy Berdines Drums shake the foundations, this has anthem written all over it and easy to see why this was already released, catchy as hell it's my favourite track on here. The next number is pure unbridled old school Metal, heads down and horns in the air people, hell yeah this is pounding tuneage to wake the dead as "Rat Race" takes a hold. The guys continue to come at you in a whirlwind of blows to your body as "Strange" pulls no punches with its classy delivery.
OK think Bruce Springsteen with a Metal Edge as "Lookin for Me" rocks up this is full of woahs and stylish riffs to rock your soul all night long. Another that's gonna go down well live is "War" it has a catchy chorus which is insanely addictive and head bangingly awesome. Things slow down a touch as the excellent "Heart Tattoo" gets under your skin. The pounding "End of The Road" kicks ass as this thunders along as we come to the final song and title track "The Revenge of Rock" tells ya how it used to be it's a salute to the good old days down on the strip with its Rock n Roll debauchery.
To sum up Kickin Valentina have delivered an album that is catchy, in your face, and fun as rock n' roll should be and always will be!
