                                                                 Hole In The Frame  20/07/2026

Ciao Metal Gods! We are Hole in the Frame, a crossover groove metal band formed in 2015 in
Southern Italy. We created the band as an artistic way to express our struggle against the
system and social conformity. Over the years, we have released three studio albums and one
live album, and we continue to write and produce new music. Our music can be described as
crossover groove metal. We draw inspiration from bands such as Korn, Metallica, Slipknot,
and Pantera. At the same time, we always try to bring something fresh and original to our work.

2. The band denounces the contemporary capitalist system as a driving force behind
environmental destruction, social inequality, intellectual exploitation, war, and the many
forms of alienation that shape everyday life. Within this vision, the "Hole" becomes a symbol of
escape, awareness, and self-reflection—an opening through which it is possible to break free
from a reality that seems predetermined.

3. At the moment, we are working on our new album. We also have several live shows scheduled
for this summer and autumn.

4. We don’t have a dream festival to play. Every stage, every festival, and every show is equally
important to us. It’s about sharing our music with people, feeding the energy between the
band and the audience, and staying true to our art.

5. We’ve had the opportunity to share the stage with legendary metal bands such as Necrodeath
and Metal Church. It was an incredible and inspiring experience that pushed us to give our
best. We hope to play alongside more bands of that caliber again in the near future.

6. Before every show, we each rehearse the entire setlist on our own to make sure we’re fully
prepared. Then we meet at the venue for a final run-through and soundcheck. We also take
some time to decide on our stage outfits. And finally, after a couple of beers, we’re ready to hit
the stage.

7. At our live shows, we hope people get involved and truly feel the music. We want them to find
the strength to let go and scream with us against a system that wears us down and keeps us
chained every single day. That’s the kind of energy and connection we strive to create every
time we step on stage.

8. We don’t have any pre-show rituals.

9. It’s not a competition. We welcome criticism because it helps us grow as musicians and as a
band.

10. For us, making music can be challenging because we live in different cities. However, modern
technology allows us to constantly share new ideas and collaborate remotely. We are also
always willing to travel in order to perform live.

11. Our goal is to keep creating original music without giving up or conforming to what the music
industry expects from us. Five years from now, we see ourselves on stage, surrounded by our
fans, screaming every word along with us. That’s the future we’re fighting for.

12. The last song we listened to was our own, “Human Disease.” It’s our latest single, and we’re
still obsessed with it.

13. People should listen to us because we’re real. We’re authentic, genuine, and unapologetically
ourselves—we’re not manufactured or fake. Our music is a true reflection of who we are, and
every song comes from an honest place.

14. A huge shout-out to all our fans and to everyone reading this! We’d like to thank Metal Gods
Meltdown for giving us the opportunity to do this interview. Thank you so much for your
support! Cheers to everyone from Italy—see you on the road! Ciao dall’Italia!!
