Anger Machine
Title: Human Error
Release Date: 5th July 2025
Anger Machine erupts from the shadowy heartlands of Holland, bringing with them a ferocious reputation in their local scene for crushing, no-compromise thrash both on stage and in the studio. On July 5th, they unleash their new full-length assault, Human Error.
With four blistering singles already out in the wild, the band is poised to infect the global metal bloodstream and carve their place as torchbearers in the ever-resurging thrash metal revival. I stumbled across their videos on YouTube by chance and was instantly floored.
Raw power, razor-sharp precision, and a sound that grabs you by the throat.
Let’s talk about the album: no filler, just killer. "Human Error" is a total brutal masterpiece. Excellent.
The intro alone gave me goosebumps you can feel the storm brewing and then bam, straight into “Parasite,” the track that got me hooked. It’s neck-snapping, politically charged, and eerily relevant here in the UK. That mid-track riff section? Utterly relentless. I hit repeat more times than the neighbours appreciated.
Then comes “Deadline Flatline” a riff-laden slab of brilliance with lyrics that dig deep, intertwined with mesmerizing guitar work. And if that doesn’t shake you, “Earthquaker” will. It lives up to its name and then some, shaking the very foundations with seismic intent.
“Killer in Disguise” hurtles in like a freight train a pure mosh-pit generator. The lyrics bury themselves in your skull as the track builds and crashes with glorious violence, only to regroup and melt your face all over again.
Thrash mastery ripped straight from the gates of Valhalla. "Obstacle Course" doesn’t just hit it annihilates. My go-to battle cry at the gym, and the crown jewel of a record that never lets up. Pure thrash carnage.
“Title track ‘Human Error’ tears in with no mercy face-melting riffs and savage delivery that demand a live setting. It’s not just a song, it’s a surge of pure adrenaline, slamming straight into your conscience and dragging you through wave after wave of sonic carnage.”
“The delightfully twisted ‘Acid Rainbow’ is a full-throttle trip slicing riffs, venomous vocals, and zero compromise. It’s chaos wrapped in colour, and it absolutely shreds.”
“‘Interlude" grants a rare moment of calm a brief sanctuary before the next onslaught. Evoking echoes of days gone by, it lets you catch your breath and reset your neck before the penultimate storm.”
“‘Warpath’ doesn’t just kick down the door it incinerates the whole damn structure. A full-blown Thrash assault, it rampages with feral intent, tearing through everything in its path. You don’t listen to this track you survive it.”
This album is a relentless siege on the senses. With face-melting riffs, venom-drenched vocals, and the kind of energy that demands to be witnessed live. It's a scorched-earth opus ready to please in these uncertain times.
